Sine bar calculator

Gauge block stack height for any angle, or the angle a stack gives.

Stack height = bar length x sin(angle). Common bars are 5 in or 100 mm between roll centres. Above about 45° small errors in the stack grow quickly; a sine plate or a complementary setup is more accurate.
